For the 2009 season Locaboat are adding a new range of exceptionally high standard modern cruisers, the Europas, featuring a mutimedia centre with satelite TV, DVD and CD, electric flush toilets and mosquito nets on key windows.

Introduced in 2009, the Europa 400 (12.95m x 3.84m) is of the highest quality with exceptional fittings.
Available in the Midi, Burgundy Franche Comte, the Nivernais, Picardy and the Alsace

The 400 has:
Large rear cabin with double bed and esnuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and electric toilet; hairdryer
Large forward cabin with twin bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, handbasin and electric toilet; hairdryer
Amidships, a large saloon with Multimedia facility:radio, satelite TV(subject to local reception), CD, MP3 and DVD player
Fitted kitchen:
4 burner cooker, oven and grill, 160l fridge with freezer compartment
Full central heating
Inside and outside steering positions
Outside shower with hot and cold water; gang plank

Technical specifications:
65hp diesel engine; hydraulic transmission with bow thruster; 220v mains electrical circuit for use with shore supply; 12v battery on board for recharging telephones and other battery-powered devices

The price includes :
The boat and its equipment.
Kitchen utensils and bedding.
Technical assistance 7 days per week.
River/canal tolls.
1 x 13kg bottle gas
The Locaboat manual.
Cruise initiation.

The price does not include:
Fuel.
Bike rental.
Cancellation insurance.
Navigation map.
One-way supplement.
Extras:
Fuel: 18-27 euros per day depending upon boat size ( calculated on 5 hours cruising per day)
River charts: 35 euros.
Bikes: 44.80 euros per week ( payable at base).
Enclosed parking: 32 euros; Covered parking: 46 euros (payable at base)
One way supplement : 150 euros.
Cancellation Insurance: 4% of cruise price.
Payment schedule : 40% at time of reservation; balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
All clients are strongly recommended to have adequate medical, transport and cancellation insurance.
