The Canal du Midi with Le Boat

The Canal du Midi is part of the Canal des Deux Mers and takes you on a journey through the blazing hillsides of Minervois, sunflower and lavender fields and also vineyards. The canal is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and you will find much to see along its banks: villages, fishing ports, fortified towns such as Carcassonne, and a variety of restaurants in which to savour the region's seafood and Cassoulet.
