Tours to Azay sur Cher
Sunday
Guests are met at 4.30 pm at the TGV station at St Pierre des Corps and transferred to Nymphea for a Champagne Welcome. Early evening cruise upstream to moor opposite the 17th century Moulin de Nitray. Dinner aboard.

Moulin de Nitray to Bléré
Monday
Morning excursion to the quaint town of Bléré. Afternoon excursion to Chateaux d’Amboise and the Clos Lucé, Leonardo Da Vinci’s home.

Bléré to Chissay en Touraine
Tuesday
Stroll to the colourful street market in Bléré. Morning cruise to Civray de Touraine followed by wine tasting in Les Caves de Père Auguste. Afternoon cruise passing the 5-arched bridge of the Chateau de Chenonceau. Guided visit to the Chateau. Pre- sunset cruise to Chissay en Touraine.

Chissy en Touraine to St Aignan
Wednesday
Morning cruise to the upper reaches of the navigable Cher . Moor in the shadow of the Castle at St Aignan. Historians will delight in the afternoons visit to Blois Chateau and Musée de la Resistance OR the Chateau de Valençay,with its renowned gardens.

St Aignan to Montrichard
Thursday
A visit to the Troglodyte habitation La Magnaneraie, will surely fill you with wonder. Formerly used as a wine cellar and quarry, and now home to a silk worm nursery. Afternoon cruise to Montrichard. Pre- Dinner visit totthe local vineyard of the Meriau family for a tasting of the local wines.

Montrichard to Nitray
Friday
Stroll to the heart of the market town of Montrichard and savour the market and 12th century Chateau of Foulques Nerra. After an early lunch Nymphea cruises downstream to the hamlet of Nitray where you will delight in the chance to visit the Chateau and scented Rose Garden. Captain’s Dinner aboard.

Return to Paris
Saturday
After breakfast, disemabark and transfer by minibus to St Pierre des Corps station in time for the 9.30 am train to Paris.
