One of the most luxurious vessels cruising in the British Isles, the Magna Carta provides a truly relaxing holiday.
Completely refurbished in 2002, the boat offers:
Four full width contemporary suites, with ensuite facilities.
Each suite has TV/DVD equipment, and benefits from central and under floor heating and air-conditioning.
The large saloon with wooden flooring and stylish furnishings is the perfect place to relax; the large picture windows afford excellent views.
On deck you can make use of the spa pool or take one of the 8 touring bikes for a ride.

ITINERARY
Hampton Court Palace
Sunday
You will be met at the 18th century stately Stafford Hotel at 3pm for afternoon cream tea.
After being escorted to the Magna Carta, our traditional champagne reception awaits you.
After meeting the crew sit back to enjoy an early evening cruise to Hampton Court Palace, the Tudor home of Henry VIII.

Hampton Court - Shepperton
Monday
After a peaceful night's sleep, step back in time as we visit the state apartments of Henry VIII, whose 5th wife is said to haunt the Great Hall and Gallery of the Palace.
Take time to explore the gardens and royal maze.
Our afternoon cruise takes us upstream to Shepperton.

Shepperton - Runnymede
Tuesday
This morning we cruise to Runnymede to moor by a luxury hotel where guests are welcome to use the pool and leisure facilities.
Visit the JFK and Air Force Memorials above the birth place of the British and America constitutions, where the Magan Carta was signed in 1215.

Runnymede - Windsor
Wednesday
This morning we cruise to Royal Windsor where we will enjoy lunch on deck overlooking this fine town.
Our afternoon excursion to the Castle, built in 1066 by William the Conqueror and still used by the Queen.
Evening cruise past the Castle for a unique viewpoint.

Windsor - Cookham
Thursday
This morning admire the magnificent houses boardering the Thames as we cruise slowly through the spectaculr Cleveden Reach and open English countryside to Cookham.
This town was described as 'heaven on earth' by the artist Stanley Spencer.
The influence of this area can be seen in his works, exhibited in the Stanely Spencer Museum, our afternoon visit.

Cookham - Henley -on -Thames
Friday
Our morning cruise brings us to Hurley, home to Peter Freebody's classic boat yard to admire this ancient craft first hand.
After lunch we continue cruising to Henley-on-Thames, home to the world famous Regatta course.
Take time ashore for shopping:there are some excellent antique emporiums to explore before rejoining the Magna Carta for the Captain's Farwell Dinner.

Henley-on-Thames - London
Saturday
After a hearty breakfast and farewells, disembark at 10am for the return to London.
Safe journey home.
