Rates: In US Dollars/ or Euros, for six nights and are subject to change with or without notice. Meeting points and pick-up times may be changed at the discretion of the operator
Cruise rate includes: 6 nights/7 days in a cabin with a private bath, transfers to and from Narbonne/Beziers to the barge, all meals, from dinner the first night to breakfast the last morning, all wines with lunch & dinner on board, open bar on board, daily escorted excursions and related admittance fees, and use of onboard bicycles and other facilities, round trip transfers from specified meeting points.
Cruise Rate Does NOT Include
Airfare to and from France, transportation to and from Narbonne/Beziers (we will assist you with this), cancellation insurance, optional hot air balloon flights & other activities not stipulated herein, and gratuities for the crew. (suggested minimum amount is 5% of the cruise price)
Booking Regulations: At time of booking, a 30% deposit is required with properly signed invoice-booking form. Final 70% is payable 90 days prior to departure date with each guest having signed an individual Terms/Conditions Agreement. One guest may handle all booking arrangements for a charter/group.
Cancellation Charges: Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. The balance of the price is only refunded in the event that the charter or cabin is resold. Cancellations must be received by post for any refunds.
Insurance: Accident & Health Insurance and Cancellation Insurance are recommended for all guests and tours.
Reservation of Rights: PRIVATE LUXURY CRUISE (Mathias GILLES) reserves the right to: (a) Cancel any itinerary in whole or in part. (b) Alter any itinerary if necessary. (c) Refuse to accept or retain any tour guest at any time. (d) advance, cancel or delay sailing in the event of an act of God, strike, lockout, stoppage of labour, riot, terrorism or for any and all reasons, and may, but is not obligated, to substitute or provide another vessel. Should no alternate be available, PRIVATE LUXURY CRUISE sole obligation is to refund all monies paid to it by the client who shall have no further claim on PRIVATE LUXURY CRUISE ( Mathias GILLES)
All routes are subject to change without notice.
Unsafe conditions can arise; if navigation must be suspended, the guests will continue to be accommodated on the stationary vessel and cruising be continued as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to change direction or transfer guests to another vessel of similar standards.
The Captain’s judgment is considered final.
Cruises start on Sunday 16 PM and end on Saturday 10 AM.
No liability and force majeure: Any guest agrees that PRIVATE LUXURY CRUISE (Mathias GILLES) will not be held responsible for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss by theft or for any reason.
Tour pictures: Any guest permits PRIVATE LUXURY CRUISE (Mathias GILLES ) to use their image and a sound recording taken while on tour, to be used for promotional purposes without compensation to the guest. Any guest must notify Esperance in writing prior to sailing if permission is not granted for the use of pictures or sound recordings.
General Provisions: This Notice comprises the entire agreement between PRIVATE LUXURY CRUISE(Mathias GILLES)and the Guest / Tour Group.
These terms and conditions are subject to French Law and Courts of Justice in France shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of them.
